Swimming pools, running paths, soccer and football fields, baseball diamonds, and playgrounds are just a few of the activities they provide. They also host summer camps in addition to their sports leagues.


There is no shortage of amazing food options in Sherman Oaks. For breakfast, a neighborhood favorite is Blu Jam Café. Because it is a hot spot, you may expect a short wait on the weekends. The Sherman and The Local Peasant are two classic casual style restaurants located in prime areas right off Ventura Blvd. For more upscale dining, check out Petit Trois or Mistral, both excellent French bistros, or Wood and Water for modern American cuisine.

Redfin also adds that homes are selling for 4% above list price. The average rent for a one bedroom is currently $1,895, up 5% from last year. The median household income is slightly above $100K, which is well above the national average of $62K.
