Pop star and actress Selena Gomez bought a sprawling estate south of the boulevard in Encino in 2020. At over 9000 square feet, this is mansion status. The home is bright and airy, on park like grounds suited with a stunning pool, spa, and an outdoor kitchen. Gomez isn’t the first celebrity to live here, the home was not only owned but also built by the late singer Tom Petty and his wife. Furthermore, Gomez is not new to the San Fernando Valley. She recently sold a charming, and much smaller home in Studio City, and her parents live just down the road in Woodland Hills.

In 2019, rapper Wiz Khalfia acquired a new construction, ultra-modern home in an Encino community just a couple minutes south of Ventura Blvd. This 5-bedroom 7-bathroom house cost him $3.4 million! The house’s interior is sleek and contemporary, includes a wine cellar, home theater, and an amazing outdoor oasis. Lastly, this house is extremely high tech, with all new smart home features, and the best security. Khalifa is known to hit some Valley hotspots as well, such as Pins in Studio City.

Zendaya

One of the biggest celebrities right now and only 25 years old, Zendaya’s hard work has paid off. In 2019, she paid nearly $4million for a beautiful Encino estate. Her property is on nearly 4 acres of gorgeous land with hiking trails, luxurious views, and plenty of room that will make you feel like you aren’t even in Los Angeles. Her estate is especially private, invisible from the street. This means you can live in this gorgeous Encino neighborhood and may never know your neighbor is Zendaya.

Lovato’s new Studio City modern farmhouse home is simply gorgeous! She sold her Sherman Oaks relaxing adobe for $2,595,000 that was walking distance to the Galleria in January and switched to the new construction north of the boulevard and walking distance to the finest Studio City restaurants!
