Katie is a past client of ours who fell in love with real estate! She helps us with marketing and everything operations. Originally from Virginia, she moved to sunny Los Angeles several years ago. Experienced in customer service, social media, and well-presented research, Katie approaches every project with excitement and determination. In her spare time, she enjoys weekend getaways, cooking, and spending time at home with her cat.
Zach Pomer started his Real Estate career during his Sophomore year of college in 2016 when he joined Keller Williams Studio City as an assistant to a top agent in the office. Gaining valuable insights into the complexities of a real estate transaction and helping to implement proven systems, Zach aided that agent in tripling her business during the fiscal year and within 8 months was promoted to the Marketing Director of the Keller Williams Encino-Sherman Oaks Office. As the Marketing Director, Zach is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the agents and the office. In addition to strategic business development efforts, he directs media relations, branding of numerous subsidiary companies, social media, print advertising and website development. He is dedicated to creating unique and personal real estate solutions for the Katz Group LA brand.
Monica Hernandez is the transaction coordinator for Katz Group LA and functions as a liaison between all parties, including clients, escrow companies, lenders, etc. during the process of a real estate sale. She regularly updates & maintains communication with clients, agents, title officer and lender on the status of any outstanding or necessary documents and submits all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance. Monica effectively manages the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale and her keen attention to detail helps ensure that all documents are filled out correctly and submitted to corresponding parties in each transaction.
